About Wild man Pizza

Our Story

Born in the heart of nowhere and raised by fire, Wild Man Pizza and Barbecue isn’t your average pie shop.... it’s a call to the untamed. We’re here for the bold bites, the big flavors, and the people who don’t play by the rules.

Our dough is hand-tossed with grit, our sauces simmer with a kick, and every slice is a tribute to the wild spirit that lives in all of us. Whether you're fresh off the trail or just hungry for something real, Wild Man serves up unapologetically good pizza that feeds more than your stomach....it feeds your edge.

Mixture of romaine, spring greens, arugula tangled with blueberries, blueberry cheddar topped with house pickled red onions, toasted walnuts with Oompah Blue vinaigrette dressing.

House-pulled mozzarella, fire-roasted Roma tomatoes, fresh basil torn from the stalk, and a balsamic glaze that drips like ritual ink. Topped with crispy parmesan chips for the final crunch. It's a salad with a wild bite.

Jim Doogan

Built like a bar brawl and tastes like victory. Mozzarella melt-down, stacked with pepperoni, savage sausage, greasy-finger bacon, red onion, and mushrooms from the deep. No greens. No apologies. Just pure Doogan energy.. loud, proud, and slightly flammable.

Green Acres

A wild twist on farm-to-fire. Creamy mozzarella, feral pesto, crispy prosciutto, tart Granny Smith apples, roasted pistachios, and a handful of arugula for that bitter bite. Finished with a slick of oil, salt, and pepper because even chaos needs seasoning. It's where the orchard meets the hunt.

Rogers

BBQ chicken straight from the flame, sharp red onion, a molten blend of mozzarella and cheddar, and a honey drizzle that hits like a slow burn. Sweet, smoky, and just dangerous enough to make you look over your shoulder. Rogers didn’t come to play...he came to conquer.

Built for the Wild Man battle. Grilled chicken, wild pesto, molten mozzarella, fire-roasted tomatoes, and sharp feta crumbles. Every bite is a war cry. One weak spot? You’ll wish there was more.

The Beach Man

Sweet, savage, and straight from the edge of the map. Canadian bacon collides with wild-caught shrimp, pineapple flames out on molten mozzarella and cheddar, all finished with a feral drizzle of house oil. It’s like a luau got struck by lightning.
